Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Bespoke and Custom Items
Please note that bespoke and custom-made items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contactus@graxylonthxul.world to request a return authorization
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
